Our Certified Notary Signing Agent Services (Fees) are based on the National Notary Association's Winter Conference Pricing Schedule from 2005 along with Regional Allowances for Rates and Travel.  The Fees are detailed in the Table below.

Actual Notarization Acts on Loan Documents (Mortgage Documents) are Performed at No Cost under Arizona Administrative Code Rule 2-12-1102

A minimum of two hours prior to the signing, eDocs or Fax docs are required to be provided to the Questcore Certified Signing Agent in order to keep the signing appointment.  This allows for travel time and contact between the Questcore Certified Signing Agent and the Borrowers.
